For him, contribution to the alleviation of social ills is an honor that supersedes all other things. This desire and passion to make a change socially became a vision in his heart that birthed VARE. Modupe is passionate about working with other leaders to not just build a tool but become a force, but a movement that will bring about the necessary change and civic activism.

John Adeliyi has several years of industry experience in the Energy Sector. As an adept entrepreneur, he co-founded Venice Engineering, LLC, and later on Venice Construction, LLC which have blossomed exponentially within the industry. The need to change the landscape albeit, the approach to the political system and processes motivated his partnership in VARE, where he serves as the Chief Operating Officer.

As the Principal Event Producer of Lux Maitriser, She has successfully collaborated with various local creative businesses, including event planners, florists, interior designers, and industry leaders.
